How To Request A Refund

Tutor Session Refunds

Group Session Refunds

More than 24 hours before: 100% refund
Less than 24 hours or no-show: Credit for a future session (valid for 30 days)
Session canceled by us: 100% refund or automatic reschedule

Exam Refund Eligibility (Annual Plan Only)

Annual plan subscribers may be eligible for a 50% refund if they don't pass their exam, subject to the following requirements. This is not a guarantee of exam results — individual outcomes depend on many factors including prior education and study effort.

Eligibility Requirements

Completed at least 80% of your personalized study plan
Scored 75+ on at least 2 full-length practice exams
Taken the actual exam within 30 days of your subscription end date
Submit proof of exam failure within 14 days of receiving results
